JOB DESCRIPTION

As an AI Consultant, you operate as a trusted advisor at executive level, guiding organizations in making informed, value-driven decisions on AI adoption and scaling. You combine strategic insight with a deep and continuously evolving understanding of the AI landscape, helping clients to translate ambition into measurable impact.

You are expected to proactively stay ahead of developments in AI, data, and related technologies. You separate signal from noise, turning emerging trends and risks into clear implications for clients. In other words, you bridge the gap between strategic vision and technical delivery, ensuring AI initiatives are both innovative and feasible.

  • Advising executives and leadership on AI strategy, governance, and value realization

  • Continuously monitoring and assessing developments in AI, data, and regulation, and translating these into actionable insights

  • Shaping and prioritising AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and long-term sustainability

  • Translating complex business challenges into scalable, enterprise-grade AI use cases

  • Leading AI-driven transformation initiatives from strategic vision through execution and adoption

  • Acting as a senior sparring partner for boards, C-level stakeholders, and product leadership

  • Collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and architects to ensure strategic intent is realised in robust solutions

  • Contributing to thought leadership, proposition development, and the strategic growth of Conclusion Intelligence

  • You will be expected to set the standard, intellectually, professionally, and ethically.

Who are we looking for?

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are looking for a senior consultant for whom AI is not a trend, but a discipline. Someone who intrinsically remains at the forefront of AI developments through continuous learning and application.

You profile include:

  • Fluency in English and German (Dutch is a strong advantage)

  • Master’s level thinking and working capability

  • 7+ years of experience in business consulting, AI consulting, or a comparable senior advisory role

  • Proven experience in defining and delivering AI strategies within complex organizations

  • A strong track record in translating AI and data capabilities into measurable business outcomes

  • A natural and sustained curiosity for AI developments, emerging technologies, and their business implications

  • The discipline to continuously invest in your own knowledge and stay at the forefront of the field

  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

  • The confidence and maturity to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and provide clear, evidence-based advice

  • A deep understanding of AI, data, and analytics, combined with strong business acumen

  • Hybrid working is part of the role; flexibility to work from the office and at client locations is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential

This is how we do it

APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Apply

Have you applied for a job? Great! Our HR colleagues will check your application and contact you within 1 week.

2. Get to know each other

You will come over to our office for a first ‘get to know each other’ talk.  During this meeting, our HR employee + one of our technical colleagues will be present.

3. Second interview

Good news! The first interview has been very satisfying on both sides and we are one step further. In the second meeting, you will meet our business line manager and your expertise and communication skills will be the central topic of our talk.

4. Contract proposal

During your 3rd visit, you will meet our managing director and he will make you an offer that you, hopefully, can not refuse.

5. Welcome!

You will visit us one last time to sign your contract. Welcome at Conclusion Intelligence!
