An Exciting Look Back: Conclusion Connect Conference
On September 17, Conclusion Intelligence, GABO, diva-e Conclusion, and Conclusion DACH together hosted “Conclusion Connect: Turning AI Vision into Business Value” in Düsseldorf. The event brought together decision-makers, digital leaders, and technology experts to discuss how organizations can turn the potential of AI into practical business value.
The afternoon began with a nice lunch and an opportunity to connect with fellow participants. An inspiring keynote was followed by vertical tracks, interactive roundtables, a live podcast, and a panel discussion. Moving beyond the hype surrounding AI, speakers shared practical applications, real-world experiences, and tangible results. Topics ranged from Agentic AI and AI search to customer service, commerce, digital experiences, and operational excellence.
The event concluded with dinner and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere, giving participants the opportunity to continue their conversations and build new connections. It was an inspiring day of insights, exchange, and collaboration!
From inspiration to practical application
Dr. Verena Lütschg opened the event with her keynote, „Technology on the Rise: Why Innovation Runs on Enthusiasm„. She explored the human forces that drive innovation: the curiosity to ask “What if?”, the persistence to say “Let’s try once more”, and the courage to question “Should we?”. From breakthroughs in mRNA research to robots learning to walk, Verena took the audience on a surprising journey through AI, emerging technologies, and the people behind innovation.
The vertical tracks and round tables then showed how AI is being applied in practice. Experts explored Agentic AI, AI search, Generative Engine Optimization, customer service, commerce, operational excellence, digital experiences, and digital sovereignty. Sessions from Vodafone, Celonis, DVAG, ifm, Best4Tires, SAP, pflege.de, Donna, MORESOPHY, and Adobe demonstrated the importance of context, reliable data, clear priorities, and a focused implementation strategy.
Another highlight was the live podcast with Younes Kabbaj, Director Group Digital Transformation & eBusiness at Weleda. Its title captured the ambition of the conversation: „39 country rollouts and 20% lower costs in 12 months: How Weleda is using AI to build the organization of the future“.
The day concluded with a panel discussion featuring Dr. Verena Lütschg, Dr. Mark Wever of Stauff, and Jasmin Guthmann as the moderator. Together, they explored what organizations need to move beyond experimentation and create sustainable business impact with AI.
Connecting with technology partners at the Expo Hub
Throughout the afternoon, the Expo Hub offered a central place to meet our technology partners, discover solutions, and discuss concrete AI and digital transformation challenges.
After the formal program, participants, speakers, and partners came together for dinner and drinks. The relaxed atmosphere created space to reflect on the day, exchange experiences, and continue conversations beyond the sessions.
We would like to thank all speakers, technology partners, colleagues, and guests who made this conference possible!
