JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you help organizations understand what their data is really telling them and what they should do next.
You help customers gain clarity, confidence, and direction. From defining meaningful KPIs to designing reporting structures that people actually use, your work directly supports better decisions at operational, tactical, and strategic level.
You work in an international consulting environment, together with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers and business stakeholders. Sometimes you are deep into data models and visuals; other times you are sitting with the business to sharpen questions, challenge assumptions, and translate strategy into measurable insights.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
We are looking for a professional who combines strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, customer-focused mindset. Someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, and business.
In this role, you are expected to:
Have several years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or reporting roles within complex environments.
Design and build data models, dashboards, and reports that support decision-making at different levels of the organization.
Work confidently with SQL and relational data sources, and understand how data is structured and consumed.
Translate business questions into clear analyses, KPIs, and visualizations that users can easily interpret and trust.
Support and guide customers in adopting self-service BI, including governance, security, and best practices.
Collaborate effectively with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, and communicate clearly about data and insights.
Communicate fluently in English and German, where Dutch is a strong advantage.
